Fantagio continued, “We contacted the brand that distributed the false information of Rocky’s activity suspension, which we have never mentioned before, and were waiting for a notice of a correction and an apology to solve the matter peacefully”, adding “However, our agency could not wait any longer, so we decided to announce our stance. Please understand our delay in releasing an official position.”

Lastly, the agency said, “Fantagio will do its best to protect the artists”.

Here is how the problem started. On November 22nd, the brand that ASTRO is modeling for as global ambassadors sent fans who won the fansigning event a DM notice, saying “MJ is currently serving in the military, while Rocky has suspended his activities due to recent issues. Therefore, you will get the autographs of only 4 members”, causing rumors of Rocky’s activity suspension to spread.

Meanwhile, Rocky recently admitted to dating rumors with actress Park Bo Yeon. However, Park Bo Yeon’s agency Management KOO made fans confused because they confirmed the two’s relationship as “colleagues”.
